How to apply for a position without an Icelandic National ID/Username

Right clik on the website to get it translated to English

Find the open position you want to apply for and click on the blue button on the right that says „sækja um starf“ or “apply for: "

This will direct you to the Icelandic State Recruitment website
Swich to English by clicking on the language button in the upper right corner:

Select Not registered? Register here

Now you can apply for the chosen position without an Icelandic ID numer.
